Plamen Miltenoff, Ph.D., MLIS
Dr. Plamen Miltenoff is an information specialist and Professor at St. Cloud State University. His education includes several graduate degrees in history and library and information science and terminal degrees in education.
His professional interests stretch over social media, multimedia, Web development and design, gaming and gamification and learning environments (LEs).
Since 2014, he is actively involved in immersive technologies. He had presented and published and developed projects involving 360-degrees, Virtual and Augmented realities application for academic libraries and education.
